Wedding car hire in Hua Hin and Cha-Am

The ceremony car is the one photograph that always gets taken. Everything else about wedding transport is logistics — and logistics is where the day is quietly won or lost.

The ceremony car

One vehicle, dressed, immaculate, and there an hour before anybody thinks to look for it. We use a Mercedes S-Class or E-Class as standard, and we will source something else if you have a particular car in mind and give us the notice.

Four hours with a chauffeur, from ฿18,000. That covers the collection, the arrival, the photographs afterwards and the departure — which is the part couples most often forget to book and most often need.

Guest transport, and how many vehicles you actually need

This is where the planning usually goes wrong, so here is the arithmetic plainly. A Toyota Alphard seats six guests comfortably with luggage, seven without. A ten-hour shuttle day is ฿9,500 per vehicle.

  • Up to 30 guests arriving in waves — two Alphards running a shuttle usually covers it.
  • 30 to 60 guests — three to four vehicles, or two Alphards plus a Commuter van for the bulk movement and the Alphards for family and elderly guests.
  • 60 to 150 guests — a proper shuttle schedule, typically four to six vehicles, with a coordinator running it rather than the best man doing it on his phone.

A full fleet — three vehicles across two days, with a coordinator — starts at ฿95,000.

Where we work

Across the Hua Hin and Cha-Am resorts. Anantara, InterContinental, The Standard, Centara Grand, Dusit Thani, SO/ Sofitel, the Marriott, Sheraton, Devasom, Aleenta, Putahracsa and the private villas at Khao Takiab and Pranburi.

Knowing a venue matters more than it sounds. Which gate the cars use, where they can wait without blocking the service road, how long the drive from the ceremony lawn to the reception actually takes when the bride is in a dress — none of that is on a map, and none of it is known by a driver who left Bangkok at six that morning.

The three timings that go wrong

The gap after the ceremony

Photographs always run long. If the guest shuttle is scheduled to the original timeline, sixty people stand in the sun while the cars sit at the wrong end of the property. We build the buffer in and we hold the vehicles.

The end of the night

Guests do not leave in one wave. The last departure is usually two hours after the first, and a vehicle booked to a hard finish time turns into a problem at exactly the moment everybody is tired. We price the realistic finish, not the optimistic one.

The airport run the next morning

Half the guest list flies out within 36 hours, most of them from Suvarnabhumi, most of them at an unforgiving hour. Book those transfers when you book the wedding, not the night before.

What we do that a car company does not

  • One coordinator, with the planner's number and the venue's gate code, running the vehicle schedule on the day.
  • Vehicles staged and waiting before they are called for, not dispatched when they are needed.
  • A written schedule agreed in advance with the planner, so nobody is improvising.
  • Spare capacity held locally. If a guest count moves or a car is needed unexpectedly, we are twenty minutes away.

Booking and lead time

For a full fleet, three months. For a ceremony car alone, four weeks outside season. Between December and February, and around Thai long weekends, book as early as you can — this is the busiest wedding period in Hua Hin and vehicles genuinely run out.

Wedding planners: we pay 15% on fleet bookings, settled within seven days, with no exclusivity and nothing to sign. Get in touch and we will come to you.

Common questions

How much does wedding car hire in Hua Hin cost?
A dressed ceremony car with chauffeur for four hours starts at ฿18,000. Guest shuttle vehicles are ฿9,500 for a ten-hour day each. A full fleet of three vehicles across two days, with a coordinator, starts at ฿95,000.
Do you decorate the car?
Yes, at no extra charge, and we will work to your florist's design. Tell us the colours or put us in touch with them directly.
How far in advance should we book?
Three months for a full fleet, four weeks for a ceremony car outside season. December to February is the peak wedding period in Hua Hin and vehicles do run out.
Can you handle guest transfers from Bangkok?
Yes. Suvarnabhumi to Hua Hin is ฿4,500 in an executive saloon, ฿8,900 in an Alphard and ฿14,500 in an S-Class, fully inclusive. For a wedding party we schedule them together and track every flight.
What if our guest numbers change?
Tell us and we adjust. Because the vehicles are based in Hua Hin rather than dispatched from Bangkok, adding a car late is usually possible — which is not true of an operator working from 200 km away.
