Dates, how many people, and what it is for. The occasion decides the vehicle far more reliably than a model name does.
A written quotation the same day, with the vehicle, the inclusions and the deposit stated plainly. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
Cleaned, fuelled and early, wherever you are. Condition documented on handover and return, so the deposit question never becomes a conversation.
